Nadoona Workout DVD Giveaway

I’m so happy to have finally been able to see the Nadoona Extreme fitness video. It was the perfect time, too, when we were basically holed up inside during the fierce winter weather which seemed like an eternity. I spoke with my friend Nadine Abu-Jubara, the Founder and President of Nadoona, who is by the way, just about the nicest, kindest and friendliest young woman you’ll ever meet, masha’allah. We talked about the video and how it was made, which is a really big deal- the first ever that is for all women, but has the Muslim woman in mind with the way it is done in modest clothing and with your choice of with or without music, for example. Chief Fitness Trainer, Zainab Ismail who I met only for a brief time at the Halal Food Tour but would love to meet again, does a wonderful job of explaining the exercises and different ways they can be done. You don’t even need any fancy materials or devices to do them, either.
